Shipping policy

Customers are responsible for selecting the shipping method and paying for shipping at time of checkout.   No Nuts Percussion guarantees shipment within 2 business days from date of purchase.  Business days Mon-Friday.  USA National holidays do not count as business days.

Special Notice to International Customers:

It is highly recommended that if there is a No Nuts Distributor or Dealer in your country, to contact them directly for product.   When shipping internationally from the USA, the cost for shipping at checkout does not always represent the total cost necessary to receive the product.   We have had cases where there are additional handling fees and taxes charged by the receiving country.  Any additional handling fees and taxes are the responsibilities of the customer.  This will differ by country and cannot be predetermined.  

As an example, United States Postal Service shipping to the United Kingdom has had additional handling fee charged by the Royal Mail and a there is a value added tax charged.  Selecting UPS and DHL for international shipments is a higher upfront cost, no additional handling fees are charged, but there still may be import taxes depending on the country.
